The Starting Gate.
3-hr paddock session with retired racehorses guided by team building professionals and an Equine Expert. Your team will work directly with Off-Track thoroughbreds. However, there is no riding or horsemanship; instead the horses become characters in your team's story and respond in real time to team dynamics- creating clarity, unity, and fun.
